This Privacy Policy explains how Kataleia collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit kataleia.com, apply for a wholesale account, or place an order. Kataleia is a business-to-business (B2B) service in the United States: our accounts are for verified businesses such as florists, event and wedding designers, studios, and venues. We do not knowingly serve consumers, and this policy is written for the people who run those businesses.

Information we collect

Account & company information: business name, business type, address, tax or licensing details you provide during application and review, and the credentials used to sign in.
Contact information: the name, email address, and phone number of the people who manage your account.
Order history: products ordered, quantities, prices, shipping addresses, delivery details, tracking, and any claims you submit.
Site usage: pages viewed, device and browser details, and similar analytics collected through cookies, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics. These analytics tags load only after you give consent through our cookie banner.

How we use your information

To review and approve account applications and verify that an applicant is an eligible business.
To operate your account, show your company catalog pricing, and process and fulfill orders.
To arrange delivery, provide tracking, and handle freshness or damage claims.
To communicate about orders, account status, and service updates.
To secure the site, prevent fraud, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
To understand and improve how the site performs, using consented analytics.
